2. To produce, market, distribute, and sell music content through digital, physical, and streaming platforms across Nigeria, Africa, and the global market, with a focus on content that inspires positive change and reflects authentic African stories.

 

3. To establish, own, and operate world-class music studios, sound engineering facilities, rehearsal spaces, and production units for audio and visual content—offering artists a safe and inspiring environment for creation.

 

4. To engage in music publishing, copyright administration, royalty collection, licensing, and intellectual property management for musical works and artists affiliated with the company.

 

5. To organize, promote, and manage concerts, tours, talent shows, workshops, exhibitions, awards, and related programs that not only entertain but also advocate for a drug-free lifestyle, responsible living, and spiritual awareness through music.

 

6. To provide holistic artist development services—including branding, image building, media relations, mentorship, and career management—while upholding values of discipline, integrity, and purpose.

 

7. To produce and distribute music videos, documentaries, and performance recordings that celebrate African creativity and spirituality, aiming to impact both local and global audiences.

 

8. To collaborate with national and international music platforms, agencies, non-governmental organizations, churches, community groups, and corporate brands for the promotion, funding, and ethical monetization of music and social initiatives.

 

9. To offer training, mentorship, and consultancy services in music, performance, business development, and creative entrepreneurship, particularly to youth and emerging talents—instilling leadership, purpose, and resilience.
